Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although in many cases refunds are issued more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the time it takes us to process it once received (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order under the "Completed Orders" section, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We’ll notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you select. Depending on the carrier, estimated delivery dates may appear during checkout.

Please note that shipping rates for many of our products are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
