1. Order Processing Time

Each product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery time after production:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly noted on our website or product pages.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment is processed by the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, postal strikes, etc.). If your tracking has no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@luckets.com for assistance.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding international delivery options in the future.
