How to use these DTF transfers

Achieving retail-quality prints with our ready-to-press DTF transfers is a straightforward process when following these standardized heat-press steps:

1. Preheat: Set your commercial heat press to 310°F to 320°F (155°C to 160°C). Lay your fabric flat and press for 5 seconds to remove all residual moisture and wrinkles.
2. Position: Place your distressed faith transfer print-side down (film side up) on your garment, aligning it exactly where you want the design to sit.
3. Press: Apply heavy, even pressure (60 PSI / 4-5 bar) for 12 to 15 seconds. Ensure the heat press remains stationary.
4. Peel: Allow the film to cool down completely to the touch (cold peel process) before slowly and smoothly peeling the carrier film away from one corner.
5. Final Seal: Cover the printed design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press a second time for 5 seconds to lock the ink into the fibers and maximize wash durability.
